Jamie Alsup

Jamie has been a member of Fit4Mom Parker County since the spring of 2023. Like most, she immediately fell in love with the community and village! Jamie became an instructor in the fall of 2023 and currently coaches Stroller Strides, Strides 360 and Run Club+. She truly loves being an instructor and motivating moms to be the best they can be. Health and fitness has always been a big part of her life and it brings her so much joy to have found a way to continue throughout motherhood. Jamie’s a strong believer that an imperative part of taking care of your kids is making the time to take care of yourself. This village has helped her in endless ways: a shoulder to cry on, a listening ear, someone to laugh through the pain with, backup wipes and diapers. She is so grateful for each and every mom in this group!

Jamie has been married to Bentley since Sept 2021. They have 2 wonderful kids: Barrett and Stella. 2 dogs: Rev and Journey. As well as cows, ducks, geese, chickens and a turkey. They are slowly learning how to raise and grow their own food. Outside of Fit4Mom, Jamie enjoys her Peloton, walks/runs around the neighborhood, finding new hiking trails, reading a good book, watching comedy shows and trying to catch up on sleep (ha!).
