Allyson Johnson

Allyson has been a FIT4MOM Aledo/Weatherford member since May 2019 and an instructor since September 2020. She is certified to teach stroller strides and strides 360.


Her favorite part of FIT4MOM is that all moms have a place within the village. Every one comes together to experience motherhood and helps each other out along the way. She loves that classes provide the opportunity for not only moms to hangout, but also the kiddos to see and play with their friends as well.


Allyson has been married to Jake since 2015. They both grew up in East Texas and are high school sweethearts. They have a spunky 2 year old girl named Jordan.


When not at class, Allyson loves taking bubble baths, spending time with her husband and daughter, and hanging out with friends and their kiddos.
